What is Christmas light installation?
We provide the lights!
We've got your exterior Christmas lighting covered with commercial-grade warm white lighting installed on the front of your home. We have 3 popular packages to choose from that are available for easy online ordering. Custom designs also available upon request!
Installation in Oct/Nov
After your order is placed, we'll setup an installation date at your convenience (usually Oct/Nov)! It's 100% done-for-you, you don't even need to be home! We typically will get your install done in 1 day and once your lights are setup, maintenance is included for your peace of mind.
Take down in January
After the Christmas season is over, we'll begin scheduling light take downs in January. Just like installs, take downs can usually be done in 1 day and no one is required to be home. After your first year with us, we offer a discount for returning customers for next years Christmas light installation!

What areas do you service?
We currently install lights in Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Karns, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City and Maryville.
When will my installation date be?
After placing your order online, we will setup an installation date typically in October or November. You can request a specific day if its available. Just remember, the holiday season can get VERY busy so the sooner you book, the more options you have for an installation date.
How long does installation take?
We typically get your installation done in one day. Since we're only setting up lights on the exterior of your home, you don't need to be home during install or take down.
When will my take down date be?
Take downs are done by neighborhood and all homes are typically finished by end of January.
How long does take down last?
Just like installation, we get your lights down in one day.
Will I get a design proof after I place an order?
Yes! After your order, we will start working on a mock up of your design on a real picture of your home!
How does the ordering process work?
To place an order and book an installation, we require a 50% deposit on any card (credit/debit). The remaining 50% is due on your installation date with the same card stored on file.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before your installation date for a refund of your deposit minus a 30% restocking fee since we customize your lights to fit your home. Once we've installed your lights, your order is no longer eligible for a refund.
Do you have other color lights or designs available?
Yes, we can customize your lighting design in many different ways! The 3 packages we offer online are the most popular packages we sell. If you would like customizations beyond those packages, just request a quote on this website and a team member will reach out within 24 hours! Keep in mind, the closer we get to Christmas, the less options we have for customizations as we will likely sell out for most lights.
